It's 106 in Austin Texas. No wind, no rain, blistering sunshine and heat... Hopefully the rest of the summer is less hot since it's only June! No new pictures, busy trying to stay cool and make money. Missing dA.

One year ago today I wrote in my journal about the turtle who lives in my back yard. In the past year I have learned that the turtle is first of all a female, second she is a Texas Tortoise. There are only four types of tortoise native to north america and she is one. And they are an endangered species. Anyway... I love the turtle and she loves me. She comes to the back door and peeks in when she is hungry, she chases my toes in the back yard. She even recognizes my voice.

Subscription is back on and things are looking more normal around here again.

So I recieved a 1960's 35 mm Canon camera from one of my cusomers who appreciated my photographs at work. And that's my new project, figuring out how to make myself the best photographer I can be, from scratch. He gave me two filters and a lens as well. It's so nice to recieved unsolicited gifts!

Recent pictures are still stuck in my camera RAW setting. Got ONE to transfer to my computer, the rest... still stuck. Thank you Alwin for your help. That method is the only one that works, but only one picture at a time.

So I removed my CSS, just in case

I took some pictures recently using camera RAW settings. Now the photos are stuck on my camera and won't down load to my computer. Photoshop says they are unrecognizable. Help??
